Section C straddles the length of Pelada Beach, and has a spectacular oceanview ridge and two small secluded valleys.

Nosara's largest condo complexes Villas Las Palmas and Condos Las Flores are located 200 meters from the beach. A third beachfront condo complex is being built, and there are numerous restaurants and hotels in this section (Mariposa Bakery, Pancho's Resort & Supermarket, Villa Las Tecas, Nosara B&B, Rancho Suizo, Almost Paradise, and Olga's Bar).

The landmark Nosara Beach Hotel and La Luna Restaurant are right at the beach on Pelada Point, which divides Section C from the white sand surfing beach Playa Guiones. Mid-priced new home construction is booming on the flat hollow that stretches from Pelada Beach to Five Corners Intersection.
