Farther up the winding hillclimb of Cerro Esperanza, properties in this area tend to appeal to the high-end. Not exactly crowded, but Section EE is laced with mansions, pricey B&B hotels, conservation reserves, oceanview homes with panoramic vistas, and many unique architecture homes (Casa de la Noche and Casa Las Huacas, for example). Section EE is huge.

There are numerous splendid oceanview lots available and the topography is such that most homesites are invisible to neighbors, hidden by thick jungle and howler monkeys.
