A quarter-mile from the beach, Section H of the American Project is primarily a residential neighborhood, with two commercial hotels and construction of a new condo project on the Nicoya Road. This section is experiencing an upswing, and land values are climbing fast. Also in the area are several vacation rental houses and some old "fixer-uppers."
