Section K is a vast residential area concealed by heavy jungle and curving gravel roads. This area is home to many wealthy Nosara pioneers, and features a private tennis court and stables, many oceanview hilltop mansions, rental houses, and a new small hotel under construction.

A strip of K Section along Guiones Beach has several nice homes almost right at the water's edge. Many lots for sale, all forested and secluded. There is very little tourism traffic in this neighborhood, making it a quiet haven in the American Project of Nosara.
