Section L is just beginning to be developed along the "High Road" to the Village of Nosara. It's a beautiful drive through the forest, with many new homes under construction.

Because this neighborhood is back from the beach area, about 5 minutes drive, there is very little tourism activity. The lots are offered at more affordable prices. Some nice homes are being constructed in the area, so this section promises to be well cared for and keep its natural jungle beauty.
