Olivia is the broker of Nosara Real Estate and has been working full-time with the team in Nosara for over 7 years. She grew up in downtown Boston and has also lived in California, New York, and Nantucket. Her passion for real estate was sparked at a young age, inspired by her mother’s hands-on work building, renovating, and flipping properties.
Olivia began her career with a development company in Boston. Since moving to Nosara, she has built two homes and been involved in numerous other projects, gaining invaluable local knowledge and a deep understanding of the market.Client relationships are at the core of Olivia’s approach. She’s committed to understanding each client’s unique needs, guiding them through the intricacies of Nosara real estate, and fostering lasting connections long after the transaction.
Outside of work, Olivia is an avid surfer, a trained chef, and enjoys traveling whenever she gets the chance.
