This brand new 4 bedroom family compound is located only 2 minutes from the Baker’s beach entrance and the beautiful tide pools in Playa Guiones. The modern design of the house has a spacious family room with adjoining terrace, gracious kitchen with large island and dining with seating for 10. Massive sliding doors open to the covered cabana facing the saltwater pool. Lush landscaping surrounds the “rancho” – a perfect space for games and TV – and backs onto a large yoga deck and the jungle that borders the beach. All bedrooms have air conditioning, quality linens, covered walk out/balcony and ensuite.
